Cancellation PolicY

Appointments must be cancelled no less than 24 hours in advance. Please understand that we you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss that opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. 

1st time now show: No stress! It’s on us. We all get busy. 

2nd time no show: 50% payment due. We hate you missed your appointment. So, as a favor, we will only charge you half. 

3rd time no show: 100% payment due. We miss you! But our stylist has been waiting.

Receive Text Confirmations

Please sign up to receive confirmation communications when at the salon or when booking online.

We will send you a confirmation email 7 days and 3 days prior to your appointment time.

Text messages are also send 7 days and 3 days in advance, as well as 2 hours prior to your service.

Phone calls are made 2 days in advance. 


 
 

SATISFACTION PolicY

We always do our very best to make every client happy with the services received. We understand that sometimes that does not happen. In those situations, we offer the client two weeks to live with the services before returning to the salon. At that time, the client has a choice of having the original stylist, another stylist in the Salon, or the salon owner try to correct the situation.

We do NOT, however, offer a refund.
